Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for international sports partners, managing daily communication, requirement gathering, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Gain a thorough understanding of partners’ business contexts and product needs, converting broad or unclear requirements into precise, actionable technical and product specifications.
• Lead the process of requirement exploration, documentation, and refinement, creating deliverables such as PRDs, requirement documents, user stories, and solution outlines.
• Design and maintain product roadmaps that balance business priorities, user expectations, commercial objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams and contribute directly when necessary—developing user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and conducting usability testing.
• Champion outstanding user experiences while ensuring solutions remain practical within development limitations.
• Act as the central coordination point among UI/UX, R&D, QA, Operations, Data, and Partner teams to enable seamless product iterations and high-quality outcomes.
• Support the identification of new partnership opportunities and nurture stronger collaborations through a consultative, relationship-focused approach rather than a sales-driven one.
• Promote clear communication and effective collaboration across diverse cultures and time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English as the primary working language, with basic Mandarin skills to support cross-border collaboration.
• Over 5 years of experience in international business development, product partnerships, project management, or related fields.
• Solid product-oriented mindset with comprehensive knowledge of mobile internet product lifecycles, spanning requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.
• Ability to independently produce clear, high-quality documentation including PRDs, functional specifications, workflows, user stories, and solution proposals.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, capable of coordinating diverse stakeholders and ensuring progress across multiple initiatives.
• Familiarity with design principles and UX/UI concepts to enable effective communication with design teams.
• Practical experience in UX design, such as building wireframes and prototypes, is a significant plus.
• Highly motivated, accountable, and organized, with the ability to thrive in fast-changing or uncertain environments.
