Senior Consultant
Requirement
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline. PMP Certified preferred.
5 years+ of IT experience, preferably in Project Manager or Managerial role.
Must have solid experience in project management skills (medium scale is ok).
BA skills and solid experience in going through the entire SDLC is a must.
Background in banking and finance field will be an advantage.
Domain knowledge in development of financial systems is preferable.
Articulate, persuasive, good interpersonal skill and service attitude.
Can work independently, innovative, self-motivated and strong problem solving skills.
Good management skills on staff supervisory.
Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Japanese will be added an advantage.
Experience in working for a Japanese company is advantage.
Responsibilities
Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
Development design, requirements definition, system development;
Prepare project documents;
Training, motivating and coaching team members.
Smooth communication between customer, vendor and ISID team.
Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
