‍Key Responsibilities‍

• Define and manage the overall DevOps architecture blueprint, set standards, and enforce governance processes.
• Provide expert guidance on adopting new technologies, including DevOps tools such as GitHub Enterprise with GitHub Actions,
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions (Terraform), and industry best practices.
• Design and implement DevOps workflows, channels, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate, integrate, and optimize DevOps practices in line with industry benchmarks.
• Establish continuous integration and delivery environments using Infrastructure‑as‑Code to accelerate infrastructure provisioning and software deployment.
• Lead automation initiatives, including tool evaluation, solution design, and implementation of selected DevOps tools.
• Analyze operational challenges and support teams in resolving issues through automation.
• Act as SME for DevOps tools such as GitHub Enterprise, HashiCorp Vault, Terraform, Ansible, and other cloud‑related DevOps platforms.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within financial institutions, with 5+ years in an architect role.
• Strong expertise in designing DevOps processes, particularly CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with automation and DevOps tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Git, Sonatype, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, ArgoCD, etc.
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages (Python, NodeJS, Ruby, Golang, shell scripting).
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as cloud computing, distributed ledger, and FinTech initiatives is advantageous.
• Ability to design innovative solutions, resolve conflicts, and stay updated on DevOps trends and best practices.
• Strong analytical, documentation, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an asset.
