Responsibilities:

Report to Assistant Project Manager
Maintain, improve and optimize the WAN, LAN and WIFI network infrastructure
Manage, implement various storage (e.g. SAN, NAS, DAS, etc) to cope with capacity planning
Harness virtualization technologies to lower hardware cost, improve efficiency and provide high availability to minimize potential service outage or degrade
Operate facilities and server/system infrastructure to assure IT services maximum uptime
Protect business data by using various backup strategies to ensure data can be recovered when required

Requirements:

Bachelor in Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum 4-7 years working experience in IT infrastructure
Strong technical skill on server and system administration (Windows and Linux), Backup and DR, virtualization technology (VMware)
Strong technical skill on endpoint management with SCCM / MECM, knowledgeable in zero-day solutions such as EDR, and also in Windows based trouble shooting skills
Advanced configuring of network devices such as Fortinet, Huawei, H3C, Cisco products
Experience on IT security products such as Firewall (Fortinet), Endpoint protection, Endpoint management (McAfee), Email Security etc
Experience on administering and maintaining AD, GPO
CCNA, ITIL, MCSE, CISSP or other professional certificate is an added advantage
Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
Good analytic and problem solving capacity
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
