Key Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise AI platforms, intelligent applications, and automation technologies.
• Drive the design and integration of AI-powered solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational effectiveness.
• Partner with academic, administrative, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption and digital innovation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions that support strategic objectives.
• Promote the utilization of AI technologies through training workshops, awareness programmes, and user engagement initiatives.
• Manage the development, enhancement, and support of AI-enabled applications, intelligent assistants, and process automation solutions.
• Oversee AI system integration, data governance, security compliance, and platform performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with technology teams, vendors, implementation partners, and business units.
• Perform additional duties and strategic projects as assigned.

*Requirements*

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering AI-driven applications, intelligent automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of AI platforms, machine learning technologies, generative AI solutions, and enterprise system integration.
• Hands-on experience integrating APIs, cloud-based services, and enterprise applications to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience implementing AI-powered workflows, virtual assistants, intelligent agents, and self-service digital platforms.
• Familiarity with student systems, enterprise applications, customer-facing portals, or large-scale business platforms is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure services, and platform administration.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, adopt, and implement emerging AI and cloud technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and vendor management experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
