‍Responsibilities‍

• Lead EA function to define strategies, target‑state architecture, and roadmaps across business, application, data, and technology domains
• Develop EA frameworks with guiding principles, workflows, and decision‑making processes to improve efficiency
• Ensure architecture decisions accelerate delivery, reduce risk, and optimize cost by aligning with leadership and IT teams
• Drive technology strategies including performance goals, reviews, and scalable practices
• Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives and track delivery against KPIs
• Lead review boards to build consensus across domains and remove blockers to accelerate time‑to‑market
• Manage executive communication by presenting strategies and risk assessments to C‑level and Board stakeholders

Requirements‍

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 12+ years’ experience with at least 5 years in architecture leadership and people management
• EA strategy expertise in strategies, target‑state architecture, and roadmaps
• Proven track record in leading teams and delivering enterprise‑scale transformations
• Frameworks & governance development experience
• Business translation skills to facilitate executive decision‑making
• Stakeholder management with conflict resolution and influence‑without‑authority skills
• Certifications such as TOGAF 10 or equivalent preferred
• Positive attitude with strong commitment to quality delivery
• Communication skills including analytical, documentation, and report writing
• Language proficiency in English; Putonghua proficiency advantageous
