Responsibilities

• Lead mainframe modernization by migrating workloads, consolidating servers, and driving cloud adoption
• Provide technical oversight across servers, networks, storage, and middleware to align with enterprise architecture standards
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations, governance policies, and internal standards
• Manage risks by identifying issues early, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining contingency plans
• Engage stakeholders including executives, regulators, and sponsors with clear updates on progress, risks, and milestones
• Oversee financials by managing budgets, monitoring Capex/Opex, procurement, and variance analysis
• Build and lead team fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and Agile delivery practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ACP preferred
• 8–10 years’ experience in IT project management with proven success in infrastructure modernization and large‑scale migrations (500+ servers)
• Strong technical background in servers, networks, middleware, and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks with experience delivering projects in regulated environments
• Cross‑functional leadership and vendor management experience
• Language proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proven delivery record for modernization initiatives on time, within budget, and in compliance
• Junior role consideration available for candidates with less experience
