Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and promote in-house human resources systems that ensure compliance, safety, and risk management capabilities.
Stay informed on industry trends and research related products, continuously optimizing all systems and modules.
Coordinate internal and external resources, analyze business efficiency, and establish stable processes to improve delivery efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Human Resources, or Management, with at least 5 years of experience in building HR systems and ensuring international compliance.
Strong understanding of the enterprise's internal data compliance, data security, and compliance culture construction process. Ability to enhance the company's compliance and security through an in-house system.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages.
Excellent business understanding and insight, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and regions to produce innovative and workflow-driven solutions.
Strong logical thinking and communication skills, along with flexibility, self-motivation, and a proactive approach. Skilled in team cooperation.
