Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product planning, design, and optimization for both enterprise and consumer products.
- Connect business logic with user experience to deliver a complete product lifecycle.
- Define system architecture with clear logic, modular design, and strong boundaries.
- Produce high-quality prototypes and product documentation.
- Use data analysis and user feedback to identify issues and guide product improvements.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables to achieve successful launches.
- Take ownership of product outcomes and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3–5 years of professional experience as an Internet Product Manager.
- Demonstrated success in launching major enterprise and consumer products from inception to scale, or driving impactful product iterations.
- Strong ability to structure and analyze complex business scenarios, distilling them into clear logical frameworks.
- Future-oriented mindset with a focus on scalable product design.
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI dashboards, and other data tools.
- Well-developed awareness of data-driven decision making.
- Deep empathy for consumer user experience and interaction needs.
- Strong capability to identify enterprise client pain points and efficiency requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project execution skills.
- Clear logical thinking, high self-motivation, and proven ability to deliver in complex, uncertain environments.
- Strong resilience under pressure and effective teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leading Internet companies, SaaS platforms, or trading platforms.
- Educational background in STEM or Computer Science, or advanced English communication skills.
