Major Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements by analyzing business needs and producing high-quality deliverables such as BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Design functional solutions that align with business objectives based on collected requirements.
• Utilize Agile tools like Jira to manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure traceability by coordinating documentation of business requirements, system solutions, test cases, and test data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
• Support testing phases and conduct defect triage to maintain quality standards.
• Perform assigned duties and contribute to projects as directed.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Extensive BA experience with at least 15 years in business analysis or application projects; financial sector or payment systems knowledge preferred.
• Strong IT knowledge with expertise in IT systems and software development life cycles.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira for project management and requirement tracking.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Language proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with sound business sense.
• Detail-oriented leadership with independence, organization, and ability to perform under pressure and tight schedules.
