Major Responsibilities

• Develop test strategy by defining approach, phases, scope, and deliverables to align with project objectives.
• Drive test automation through framework/script development, adoption of new tools, and continuous process improvement.
• Manage test planning including schedules, execution across phases, and dashboard reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality testing across functional, regression, soak, performance, and other non-functional tests, adhering to guidelines and timelines.
• Collaborate with teams to review deliverables and enhance overall system quality.
• Identify improvements and implement changes to boost efficiency and testing standards.
• Mentor QA engineers by fostering collaboration, innovation, and demonstrating technical leadership.
• Plan resources effectively, exploring AI applications to enhance testing coverage and effectiveness.
• Provide emergency support for critical incidents and contribute to other assigned projects or duties.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Extensive QA experience with at least 15 years in quality assurance, including 5+ years in supervisory/project management roles, preferably in banking or financial systems testing.
• Technical knowledge of ISO20022 message standards and RTGS preferred.
• Project management expertise with solid experience in QA processes.
• Analytical mindset capable of bridging business and technical knowledge.
• Automation proficiency with tools like Selenium, Appium, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Agile familiarity with methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
• AI/ML knowledge in testing using tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch is an advantage.
• Language proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with sound business sense.
• Detail-oriented leadership with independence, organization, and ability to perform under pressure and tight schedules.
