Key Responsibilities‍

• Gain a clear understanding of application workflows.
• Plan, execute, and oversee quality assurance (QA) processes for applications.
• Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare and maintain system documentation.
• Deliver user training sessions to ensure effective adoption.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in testing web applications.
• Familiarity with Postman and/or SQL for application testing is an advantage.
• Strong team player, able to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
