Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including lead, developers, system analyst, and business analysts, to comprehend project requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
Execute rigorous manual and automated testing of web and mobile banking applications, identifying and documenting defects, inconsistencies, and potential security vulnerabilities.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts utilizing advanced testing frameworks such as Cucumber and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Harness your expertise in programming with Python and/or Java to enhance test automation capabilities and craft efficient testing scripts.
Apply your fundamental knowledge of database querying using MSSQL and/or MariaDB to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory standards, and emerging trends in QA, security, and banking technology.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members, nurturing a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence.
Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, facilitating seamless software delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of demonstrated expertise in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on meticulous manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in crafting and executing automated test scripts using Cucumber, BDD, Selenium, and Appium.
Solid programming skills in Python and/or Java, empowering you to excel in test automation and scripting tasks.
Basic knowledge of database querying using MSSQL and/or MariaDB for data validation and integrity checks.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and alignment across diverse teams.
