Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in technical support and administration of network/security infrastructure, ideally within major financial institutions.
• Hands-on expertise in operating and supporting network services including dataline connectivity, routing, firewall, proxy, direct connect, and tools such as ELB, VPN, and sandbox.
• Cloud knowledge of technologies like Cloud Firewall and WAF is advantageous.
• Vendor familiarity with Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Huawei products preferred.
• Incident management experience in independently handling vendor support and incident response is a plus.
• Quality-driven attitude with positivity and proactivity in delivering results.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors in operations and projects.
• Language proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Junior consideration available for candidates with less experience.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for private cloud network services including maintenance, dataline connectivity, routing, firewall, proxy, direct connect, and security tools such as Cloud Firewall, ELB, VPN, and sandbox.
• Act as support owner and domain expert for network/security components, ensuring incident response, evergreen upgrades, patching, and operational stability.
• Support project delivery including application deployments, platform revamps, refreshes, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with teams such as application and security groups to maintain the cloud platform, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance.
• Maintain daily operations ensuring smooth and reliable service delivery.
• Develop documentation and runbooks for network security, cloud operations, and incident response.
• Provide emergency support through on-call and onsite response to critical incidents.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors.
