Senior System Admin (Cloud Service and Infrastructure)
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator with a focus on Microsoft’s Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure and services to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing cloud-based infrastructure and be familiar with managing complex cloud environments using Microsoft Azure, AWS, O365, and related tools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and management of virtualized and cloud-based systems, applications, and services, while ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our company's Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure and services, including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage accounts, and Azure AD.
Manage cloud services for multiple locations and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Plan, design, and implement cloud-based solutions to meet the needs of our company.
Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our cloud-based systems and applications.
Work closely with development teams to ensure cloud services are integrated into new products and services.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues with cloud services and infrastructure.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate cloud-based solutions with our on-premise systems.
Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for our cloud-based systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members to ensure the effective use of cloud services and infrastructure.
