Responsibilities

Responsible for Microsoft 365 suites, Windows and Microsoft applications’ administration including system setup, software installation and upgrades, troubleshooting, performance turning, system monitoring and health checks.
Evaluate needs and deliver consultancy service and system architecture design.
Architecture of SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups, providing deep technical knowledge on various Teams architecture elements deployed in an Enterprise environment
In-depth knowledge of Authorization & Authentication in Microsoft hybrid environment and experience with Azure AD including Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
Optimize daily operation jobs to reduce manual operation, provide technical standard guidelines adhering to company security policy.
Provide level 3 support for the incidents which related with Azure SaaS, Windows systems and applications, such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, FTP, Cloud.
Lead and assistant on project implementation of system team.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure the seamless functioning of the organization's technology infrastructure.
Possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with managing and mentoring junior members of the IT team.
Be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and features to provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Requirements

BSc/MSc degree in computer science, a related discipline or comparable qualification
5 years of above of administration experience in Microsoft field, e.g., Microsoft 365 (Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automation), Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange, SQL, etc.
Solid knowledge in technical infrastructure environment and experience in system architecture design.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features, including Azure AD and Conditional Access.
Experience with scripting languages and automation tools (e.g., windows powershell, Ansible, YAML, bash, wsadmin, pathon, ect).
Self-motivated, willing to try new things or challenge the status quo, and willing to work out of office hours for urgent system issues supporting.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience in a cross-functional, distributed, world-wide work environment and work in international teams
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
