Senior System Analyst/System Analyst
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the entire software development life cycle for project delivery – requirements gathering, prototyping, system analysis and design, implementation, and testing
• Prepare systems specification and other relevant technical documents
• Design end-to-end system architecture to realize business process automation
• Build solutions for Office 365 and can be used across desktop, web, and mobile platforms
• Implement custom business apps on Microsoft PowerApps using Common Data Service or various online and on-premises data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, Office 365, SQL Server, and so on
• Assist in managing projects and vendors in delivering professional services and solutions to the business
• Provide business-as-usual support to users with user satisfaction
Requirements
University graduate in Computer Science, Information System, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines or equivalent; OR
Preferable over 8 years’ experience in system development covering the following:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in system analysis;
• Solid hands-on experience in IT systems Implementation projects.
• Experience in data management, database, OCR software is a plus.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Power Apps
• Familiar with development on Linux; Docker, DevOps, K8s & virtualization/container environment.
• Strong leadership, embracing changes, fast learners with ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication and business analysis skills and knowledge with IT architecture and infrastructures
• Strong oral and written presentation in English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus
• Experience in conducting Business and System Analysis with strong business acumen
• Working knowledge in financial sector is an advantage
• Candidates with less qualification and experience will be considered as Senior System Analyst/System Analyst
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
