Responsibilities:

• Lead system architecture design integrating Alibaba Cloud, mPaaS middleware, and Oracle ODBX
• Drive mobile solution development using HTML5/JavaScript within mPaaS container; ensure smooth backend API interaction
• Manage and mentor application development teams; conduct code reviews and enforce SDLC compliance
• Coordinate integration between Wholesale Banking applications and Oracle ODBX platform
• Act as primary technical contact for vendors and offshore teams; ensure delivery quality
• Translate Wholesale Banking requirements into technical specifications and system designs
• Oversee full lifecycle implementation: design, environment setup, deployment, and post‑production support
• Manage application support, troubleshooting, and maintain documentation for audit readiness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of software development experience; minimum 3 years in Java/JEE
• Proven leadership in managing distributed/offshore teams
• Strong expertise in:
      Core Java/JEE
      Mobile technologies (HTML5, JavaScript ES6+, React Native)
      Alibaba Cloud & mPaaS
• Additional skills (preferred): Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, Unix Shell, Eclipse, Git, Jenkins, MQ
• Knowledge of Oracle ODBX and Wholesale/Corporate Banking workflows (Payments, Trade Finance, etc.)
