Responsibilities‍

• Design seamless end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
• Transform business requirements and customer insights into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to bring solutions to life.
• Leverage data, customer feedback, and research to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Continuously refine and enhance experiences through testing, iteration, and optimization.

‍Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Interface Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of UX design experience (senior roles available for more experienced candidates).
• Strong expertise in user-centered design and creative problem-solving.
• Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail industries preferred.
• Exposure to data-driven design practices and customer research.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and team workflows.
• Experience using AI tools for design, research, or workflow enhancement is an advantage.
• Clear thinker with practical problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled at turning insights into actionable solutions.
• Strong team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
