o experienced in server and network diagnosis
o Basic Office365 diagnosis
o Basic VMware and storage diagnosis
Server & System Operation:
o OS Patching
o Mass Configuration
o Backup/Restore
o VMware Operation and Setup from scratch
o AD Design and Operation
o DR drill
Security Operation:
o Vulnerability Scanning Remediation
o Knowhow about ADCS (AD Cert Service)
Project/task Management Skill
o Ability to scope and get info of the project/task
o Ability to plan for action schedule
o Ability to set expectation to involved parties
[Nice to have] Cloud Experience:
o Office365 account and mailbox management
o Azure design and operation
