Major Responsibilities

Drive diverse FinTech projects including trade finance, digital currency, and cross‑border DLT integration
Collect, analyze, document, and validate stakeholder requirements
Contribute to full development cycle: design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment
Support delivery by monitoring scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholder expectations
Coordinate with vendors to ensure project timelines are met
Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Collaborate closely with teammates, committed to achieving shared team objectives

Requirements

Possess a university degree with more than 5 years of professional experience
Background in deploying applications and building cloud infrastructure environments
Skilled in Java, Spring Boot, Terraform, Ansible, Nginx, API integration (RESTful/SOAP), and relational databases such as MySQL
Strong understanding of NodeJS, TypeScript, blockchain frameworks (Hyperledger or Ethereum), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices across public cloud or on‑premises, containerization with Docker, orchestration via Kubernetes, and cryptographic protocols including symmetric/asymmetric encryption and SSL/TLS
Practical exposure to cloud platforms considered a significant advantage
Highly motivated to explore and adopt emerging technologies
Capable of producing clear and structured technical documentation
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with preference for fluency in Putonghua
