System Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in defining roadmap, data integration, and support continuous improvement in RPA development
· Hands on experience in RPA development, preferably in UiPath
· Responsible for delivering process automation solutions, by translating operation processes into application development and implementation tasks
· Work closely with process experts to analyse & propose a solution based on business requirements
· Logical mind set with ability to break down steps of a process
· Ensure IT standards and practices are maintained and practiced properly
· Prepare project documentation with quality requirements
Requirements:
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
· At least 2 years RPA programming working experience
· Proficient in RPA Development Tools such as UiPath and programming languages such as C, C++, or .NET
· Experience in chatbot programming is a plus
· Knowledge with Microsoft Power Virtual Agent and Power Automate will add an advantage
· Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
· More experience will be considered as Senior System Analyst or Assistant Manager
