‍Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and planning of application architecture within the Bank
• Provide expertise on emerging technology trends in finance and internet sectors, and drive adoption within the Bank
• Engage in software engineering tasks including coding, testing, system design, analysis, and troubleshooting
• Introduce innovative technologies and deliver technical solutions for key strategic projects
• Establish and uphold best practices, frameworks, and standards to enhance quality and consistency of outputs
• Mentor and support junior team members through training and guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field
• 5–7 years of solid experience in system architecture and development within banking or similar industries, with proven involvement in at least 3 medium-to-large scale core projects as Architect or Analyst
• Prior exposure to the banking sector is advantageous
• Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Java EE, Spring, Spring Boot)
• Hands-on expertise in web and API development (Restful API, XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, Bootstrap, AngularJS)
• Skilled in Oracle/MySQL databases, Windows/Unix/Linux environments, PL/SQL, and stored procedures
• Deep understanding of architectural principles and system operations, backed by practical experience
• Experience in IT or internet architecture preferred
• Familiarity with cutting-edge FinTech solutions is a plus
• Strong command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Senior Analyst Programmer
