Responsibilities
1. Response to any infrastructure operations, incidents and alert (e.g. SOC alert) and escalate to senior/3rd parties if need
2. Follow defined standards and procedures to maintain infrastructure stability and availability to meet SLA
3. Response to any infrastructure alert and escalated case from service desk
4. Prepare regular report and planned operations tasks
Requirements
1. 3 years experience in multi-locations infrastructure operations
2. 3 years experience co-work with service desk team and 3rd parties vendor to maintain/conduct operations activities
3. Familiar with SCCM, Intune, Azure AD or Patching
4. Concept on any ITIL framework
