System Engineer
Job Duties:
Responsible for administering physical and virtual Windows servers, VMWare vCenter environment, Citrix environment
Perform System Administration on Microsoft O365, Active Directory, SCCM
Assist with the implementation of IT projects, such as large scale of enterprise software, System Migration, Server Migration
Assist with the implementation of global group policy (GPO)
Perform L2 IT helpdesk support and resolve technical issues for users
Maintain operation & support procedures, server and IT asset inventory
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Information System, Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT service management areas
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office 365, Windows Desktop, Server Administration, Azure AD and Active Directory, SCCM etc
Able to work independently and willing to take up challenges
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent English and Chinese
