Team Leader
Job Description
Our clients are in E-commerce, Government and Corporate, we build enterprise grade systems and products. We are now looking for high caliber individuals wishing to become part of our Smart Solution team.
Responsibilities
Defines system solutions based on user/client needs, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms.
Lead Mobile, Web Portal frontend & backend and Blockchain architecture design & development and perform system integration under cloud platform.
Projects coordination and communication with stakeholders of customers, business and operation units. To define the clear goals and create a vision of the product to make sure it is aligned with business objectives.
Overseeing and planning the project's development followed by Agile development workflow.
Evaluate and lead the team to use different emerging technology, tools and framework for supporting software development activities.
As the technical lead to overseas the overall project progress and tackle the technical issue with team members.
Cooperate with technology partners or third parties for system design and integration to provide solutions and support service to our clients to meet their needs.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
Over 7 years practical work experience in Software Development and at least 4 years as a technology leader or architect on delivering Enterprise IT solutions.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on project experience in system integration and solution development and deployment.
Solid Experience in high availability system design and development using Java Spring and/or other programming languages.
Experiences in service Software-as-a-Service architectures, distributed authentication, relational and NoSQL database, cloud storage services and security design
Passionate about programming and problem-solving in a collaborative team environment.
Self-motivated in learning new techniques and adopting industry best practice.
Capable of working independently with strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
