Responsibilities‍

• Own application & data alignment by managing end‑to‑end system flows across FinTech platforms
• Lead technical business analysis to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements
• Engage stakeholders including regulators, industry bodies, partners, and vendors to drive business development and operations
• Manage UAT lifecycle by defining strategies, test cases, results, and performing end‑to‑end testing
• Prepare test reports and present updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee production performance by developing and monitoring KPIs for operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Coordinate readiness with operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end production readiness

Requirements‍

• University degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 8+ years’ IT/FinTech experience with at least 3 years in managerial roles within major financial institutions
• Proven technical BA expertise in FinTech or digital applications and project delivery
• Strong project management skills with cross‑functional teams using Agile and modern technologies
• Governance experience ensuring applications are secure, reliable, and interoperable
• Regulatory knowledge of financial sector compliance requirements
• Language proficiency in English and Chinese, with Putonghua preferred
• Junior role consideration available for candidates with less experience as Senior Specialist (Business Solutions)
