Responsibilities :

• Deliver IT network technical services to business units and IT teams, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Operate and maintain network infrastructure to guarantee availability, security, and efficiency, including installation, configuration, administration, upgrades, patching, relocation, and troubleshooting of devices and systems.
• Plan and execute network infrastructure projects and implement network security solutions, collaborating with stakeholders for smooth and timely delivery.
• Respond to connectivity issues and provide direct support to end users.
• Perform monitoring of security events and logs, along with related administrative tasks.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge bases covering network infrastructure, diagrams, configurations, procedures, and inventory records.
• Handle urgent business requests and deployment tasks promptly, including during non-office hours, using company-provided facilities such as phone and laptop.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, guidelines, and standards set by regulators and the Bank, performing duties with integrity.
• Follow established risk control procedures to identify, assess, report, mitigate, and monitor risks in daily operations.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise or carrier network support, ideally within the banking or finance sector.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations services, including cloud platforms, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Extensive expertise with firewalls such as CheckPoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Hillstone, as well as F5 load balancers; certifications like
• CheckPoint CCSA, Fortinet NSE4, or Palo Alto PCNSA are preferred.
• Solid experience supporting cloud environments including AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud; certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect
• Associate, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, or Azure Administrator Associate are advantageous.
• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco, Huawei, and H3C routing and switching; certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, HCIE, or HCIP are preferred.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as ManageEngine, OpManager and SolarWinds NPM.Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, SDN, and VPN.
• Proven project management skills with experience leading IT infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
