Technician (Troubleshooting Technical Support)
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT technical support and troubleshooting
- Responsible for on-site software installation and upgrade
- Provide general equipment maintenance to ensure an efficient operation of systems
- Handle customers’ inquiries
- Provide software and product training according to customer needs
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience
- Good knowledge of Windows based products and tools
- Good knowledge of Wan and Lan support
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese and with good telephone manner
